Our goal at Tech-MAR is to resolve any IT issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible. That being said, different issues may require different time frames to resolve. Rest assured that from the moment you alert us of your issue our qualified IT technicians will work on solving your problem and keep you informed every step of the way.

Tech-MAR is open from 8 am – 6 pm Central time – Monday through Friday. We do provide 24x7 support to clients that subscribe to that level of service. If you have a concern outside of normal operating hours please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
